Before you realize it, time has caught up with you. Aging is inevitable but it need not be hopeless for any of us. Millennials, be guided. It’s never too early to start an exercise regimen.
And seniors, it’s never too late to get started.
Also, my advise to busy executives is to make exercise easy and fun. But you must give it your priority.
What better way than to make time for practical home workouts. All you need is 5-10 minutes each day . It’s a good beginning.
Women easily lose their upper body strength. Try this wall push-up exercise.
Stand 2-2 1/2 feet from a wall. Your feet ,one foot apart. Lay the palms of your hands flat against the wall. Form a triangle with your two hands, your two thumbs meeting at the bottom, index fingers touching at the top.
Slowly lower yourself towards the wall your face almost touching it.
Then push outward. Inhale through the nose going towards the wall. Exhale from the mouth on the push. Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions everyday.
After two weeks, you will notice that your arms and back are more firm and shapely.
You can do this!
